You would develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. This role ensures alignment with business goals and fosters a high-performance culture by overseeing talent acquisition, internal communications, talent development, compensation and benefits, and talent management analytics.Your Key Focus Areas:

  • Talent Acquisition: Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, hiring top talent, and driving employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Talent Development: Drive learning and leadership development initiatives, fostering continuous professional growth. Implement performance improvement programs that align with company objectives and empower employees to reach their full potential
  • Internal communication: Ensure clear and consistent internal communication while promoting corporate culture and employee engagement through strategic messaging and internal events.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive and forward-thinking compensation structures and benefits programs that enhance market competitiveness, foster employee satisfaction, and ensure legal compliance. Innovate with flexible work arrangements and other modern benefits that resonate with a diverse and evolving workforce.
  • Talent Management & Analytics: Leverage workforce analytics to shape data-driven talent management strategies. Monitor HR metrics to inform decision-making in areas such as succession planning, employee retention, performance management, and future workforce needs. Translate insights into actionable strategies that contribute to a high-performance culture.

In this role, you will have a big impact in building a Talent Management Function that has a dedicated and capable team supporting all key focus areas, including talent acquisition, development, and management. You will be responsible for resource allocation, advocating for and securing the necessary tools, personnel, and budgets to empower talent management teams to excel in their objectives.Skills & Qualities we’re looking for:We are seeking a visionary leader with strong adaptability, resilience, and agility to thrive in fast-paced, innovative, high-tech environments. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and exceptional people management skills, able to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies and deliver results on time and within budget.

  • 5+ years of senior talent management experience, ideally in a high-growth, high-tech, or advanced manufacturing organization, with a proven track record of scaling teams and managing organizational growth across multiple locations.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, global mobility, and international hiring.
  • Strong experience in overseeing onboarding, administration, offboarding, and compensation & benefits structures.
  • Track record of success in talent development, performance management, and retention strategies.
  • Strong experience in HR digital transformation, leveraging technology to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, and other digital HR tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proficient in using HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in setting and managing international teams and diverse cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in human resources or related field.
