This role will also direct the R&D focus to deliver new innovations, while developing differentiated solutions mid & long term.At Our European Innovation Center in Greater Copenhagen, where this role is based, you will work in one of our growth sectors, developing next-generation products in biological plant health, nutrition and protection.What you do with usStrategy
- Responsible for positioning the global strategy ? 5yrs to deliver growth, profitability and timely product introduction for all Plant Health related segments- crop nutrition, pheromone and non-pheromone-based biologicals.
- Develop pheromone-specific global commercial strategies for Tech Sales and End-use products & solutions, and direct/support regional adaptation.
- Drives P&L through Global portfolio strategies across all portfolio of Crop Nutrition, Biologicals incl. pheromone and non-pheromone-based solutions- in integration with chemistries and Precision agriculture.
- Collaborates with regional marketing/commercial teams to establish a strategically aligned pricing, payor, distribution strategy incl. management of strategic partnership.
- Support regional commercial teams to adapt global strategy to regional market needs.
- Drive disruptive branding strategies
Go To Market
- Support local strategies & implementation of the different Go to Market models, together with the regions.
- Business Development
- Responsible for the global business development strategy and activities for Plant Health: Assess partnerships and licensing opportunities- supervise negotiation and executions on deals with external third parties.
Supply Chain:
- Drive commercials inputs to newly established supply chain and operation strategies- with both short and long-term plans.
- Coordinate strategies within supply chain for Biologicals, through internal cross functional and 3rd party collaborations.
Operations
- Supervise a team accountable for monitoring the strategy execution & performance on continual basis and support regional positioning and business opportunity sizing.
- Ensure marketing/commercial teams have messaging and tools to promote products across multiple stakeholder groups
- Provide cross-functional leadership and direction in the implementation of the functional strategies to achieve objectives for revenues, share, and margins across channels
Your qualifications
- Bachelors in Science, Business, or related field.
- Biological science/technical background is an upside.
- Plant health background and experience as Biological Market Developers, Biological Technical Sales, or biological sales required.
- Previous work experience with a biological company or experience handling a biological portfolio.
- Capacity for interaction, relationships, communication, and negotiation of value.
- Knowledge of business, strategies, market, logistics, finance, and leadership.
- Analytical reasoning, ability to make decisions and take risks.
- Act with empathy, flexibility, and resilience.
