Your missionWhat you will be doingWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead all customer acquisition efforts – Go to market strategy and execution. You will play a key role in acquiring new facilities and building and maintaining strong relationships with all partners. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven, ambitious, willing to go above and beyond to deliver the results sought and bring relevant experience in selling. You will also be tasked with structuring and owning the Sales department. More specifically you will be responsible for the following:StrategyDefine the right go-to-market strategy – what channels, stakeholders, resources, and products/services – should Livo prioritize. Help us grow faster and be more efficient with our resourcesIdentify new product opportunities that solve real customer needs.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform partner discussions and strategy.SalesUnderstand partners’ business objectives and healthcare challenges to effectively position Livo’s products and services as solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase Livo’s sales and revenue.Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries and needs.Guide the account executive team to ensure that they reach their monthly goals of signed dealsParticipate in partner meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to support sales and account management efforts.Represent Livo at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads.Business OperationsUse CRM and data to allocate leads to your teamCreate reports on department performance to ensure that all stakeholders have visibility on the results of your teamProvide input and feedback to internal teams to inform product development, marketing initiatives, and overall business strategy.ManagementHire, manage, and grow a team of sales executivesSet goals, KPIs, and targets for the teamCreate tools, dashboards, and presentation templates to be used by the teamYour profileWhat you should bring alongWe’re degree agnostic for this role, we like people who are first principles, have business acumen, are results orientated and never give up!4-7+ years of experience selling either: i) B2B SaaS/tech products to any industry or ii) Other products/services to healthcare organizations.Experience selling within the healthcare industry is a plus, and B2B SaaS/healthtech solutions even more highly valuedExperience with use of widespread CRM’s such as Salesforce or Hubspot is a must.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong spoken and written English and Spanish is a must.
