Head of Property

We are looking for a lawyer with significant experience in property work, a real understanding of the needs and challenges facing churches and Christian charities, and a sense of conviction and calling in seeking to serve the gospel of Christ through your work.

We are a remote-first organisation, and therefore, we can be flexible about your working hours and location. We see great opportunities to grow our client base, and therefore our impact, as demand for our services increases and we improve our visibility to other church networks and charities.

As we look to meet growing demand, we have been seeking to grow our small but skilled team of property lawyers, making a recent appointment and with another team member joining us before the summer.

We are now looking to recruit a long-term head of team, replacing our current head who was able to join us on a fixed-term basis. As Head of Property, you will be responsible for growing our team and delivering excellent service to our increasing and richly diverse client base. You will also manage your own varied and deeply rewarding caseload, directly advancing the gospel through your Christ-centred legal expertise. We have already seen amazing growth in our service and reach, and we look ahead with humble excitement about where God will lead us.

Come and be a part of it! This is a full-time and permanent position, based either from home, in our Market Harborough office or Nottingham Hub. There is an occupational requirement that the job holder must be a Christian in full agreement with our Basis of Faith.
