We are seeking an experienced individual to join the School as Head of Pharmacy Practice. This key role is part of the School Leadership team and we require a leader with a deep understanding of the pharmacy landscape to provide strategic direction, academic leadership and innovative teaching within the pharmacy practice area. You will be responsible for overseeing our undergraduate MPharm program as well as our postgraduate MSc in Clinical Pharmacy (which includes the Diploma and Independent Prescribing) and managing pharmacy practice subject leads in these areas. You will also be expected to contribute to enhancing external income generation within the pharmacy practice setting.This is a full time permanent post and will be based on campus.Ideal CandidateYou will be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC, and have a higher degree / relevant clinical postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience, as well as in depth knowledge / experience of teaching in a higher education setting and of Pharmacy Practice in the UK. You will also have proven people and budget management skills.
