Job Description:Join our TeamAbout this opportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled, business-minded, pragmatic experienced HR practitioner and leader to fill a Country Human Resources Business Partner role. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of People Customer Unit France Belgium Luxembourg Algeria & Tunisia and serve as the Head of People for Belgium & Luxembourg. You will be part of Belux leadership team. You, together with the local team, will lead the People strategy implementation in Belux markets, advise on a wide range of both strategic and day-to-day human resources matters for the business which you and your team will provide individualized Business Partner support to.
People team is transforming the business by partnering with the leadership team to drive a refresh of our culture, greater focus on diversity and inclusion, and innovative talent management practices. This impactful role gives you the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, dynamic team driving transformative change within the Customer and Support units, and throughout the market organization. You will be essential business partner and advisor on people and business matters within Belux markets and will work with teams on defining and driving key topics.What you will do

  • Support the Business and Support Functions and their talent across Belux markets.
  • Develop and support a comprehensive succession plan for talent Belux in cooperation with the Business and People function.
  • Support Belux Head in managing constructive social dialog with social partners (works council, CPPW and Syndical Delegation)
  • You will be essential driving force in negotiation with social partners, designing and signing off new agreements which will be aligned with business needs. You will act as voice of reason and authority in aligning with modern business and People practices.
  • Manage all escalations of employee relations and day to day People matters that come from your units.
  • Contribute to the business strategy by helping your leaders identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes.
  • Play a key role in enabling strategic workforce planning across the organizations, including proactively recognizing trends, developing actions to strengthen the talent base, and attaining operational and structural efficiencies.
  • Identify needs, develop solutions and execute on programs that drive workforce engagement, culture transformation, retention, diversity and inclusion across the organizations you support.
  • In partnership with the leadership team of their organizations, you will support your team in leading change, specifically focusing on transforming the culture and influencing changes in ways of working.
  • Assess, develop and coach senior leadership and team members through use of strategic talent offerings.
  • You will lead the local team (1 operation specialist and 1 payroll manager) as they provide end to end People support from needs assessment through delivery and evaluate and improve on implemented solutions.
  • Continue to promote and oversee key processes in performance management, talent planning, learning and development, total rewards and talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to cross customer unit people projects and initiatives.

You will bring

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • 8 + years’ experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Five years in professional services, preferably as an HR Business Partner in a hi-tech company’s sales organization is preferable and previous experience managing social bodies (unions, works council).
  • A track record of results, problem-solving and accountability in a highly-matrixed and global organization.
  • A track record of driving and supporting diversity, motivation and culture change.
  • Deep and broad knowledge of HR practices, principles and procedures based on working closely with colleagues across the HR function and internal partners (SME/COEs, Finance, etc.).
  • Advanced interpersonal, listening and communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English, Dutch & French
