Loughborough University has an exciting opportunity to join the as Head of Operations.You will be a highly motivated individual to lead and manage the professional support team who undertake administrative and technical duties. Applicants should have a track record of successfully leading teams and managing staff within a fast-paced, business-critical, setting. Experience of operational planning, including financial planning and budget management, and experience of developing and enhancing administrative systems and processes, is essential.Candidates should possess high level interpersonal, communication, negotiation and team working skills, commensurate with working at a senior level, and have substantial experience of planning and managing projects.
