This is a unique opportunity for either an experienced Head of Department or an ambitious MFL teacher eager to step into a leadership role.Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a thriving MFL department, fostering a passion for languages in students and staff alike.
• Oversee curriculum development, ensuring it is innovative, engaging, and aligned with the school’s Catholic ethos.
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated MFL teachers, promoting their professional growth and development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Proven track record of excellence in teaching MFL at the secondary level
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the Catholic faith and its educational principles (desired)
