The Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with the drive and potential to step into a VP of Marketing role within two years.

At OneDome, we are on a mission to become the Amazon of property, simplifying and revolutionizing one of the most significant and stressful experiences in consumers’ lives—buying a home. We need a hands-on marketing leader who can shape and execute our marketing strategy to make this vision a reality.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a bold, creative marketing strategy across B2C and B2B2C channels to drive growth and brand recognition.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create marketing campaigns aligned with our vision.

• Take full ownership of digital campaigns, email automation, PR, and more, with the freedom to experiment and innovate.

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets.

• Report directly to the CEO/Founder as a key member of the executive team.

• Define OneDome’s market positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and communications that resonate with our target audience.

• Oversee the development of content, digital ads, brand partnerships, and more, all aimed at achieving exponential growth.

About You:

• You possess a 2:1 Marketing degree or higher, along with significant experience in Tech, PropTech, FinTech, or related sectors.

• You have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns in both B2C and B2B2C environments.

• You’re both a strategic thinker and an executor—you deliver results today, not tomorrow.

• You bring fresh, innovative ideas and can communicate them effectively as part of an executive team.

• You have experience managing and scaling marketing teams, offering strong leadership and oversight.

• You’re motivated by the fast pace and challenges of a startup and are passionate about OneDome’s mission.

• A hands-on, collaborative team player who is committed, creative, and eager to take ownership of OneDome’s marketing journey.
