The position

As the Head of Maintenance Engineering, you will lead the maintenance team to provide exceptional service across the site.

Your main accountabilities will include:

-Translate business strategy into actionable goals for the maintenance team.
-Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in maintenance activities.
-Manage the Site Reliability Program and departmental Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
-Identify and execute continuous improvement projects.
-Oversee the FM Contract and manage energy procurement and utilisation.
 

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

-A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline; a post-graduate qualification is beneficial.
-At least 5 years of experience in people leadership, with head of function experience desired.
-In-depth knowledge of health and safety requirements.
-Strong technical understanding and competency.
-Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
-A dynamic and agile approach, comfortable with change.
