As we continue to expand and enhance our services, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Livio Egg and Sperm Bank to oversee our egg and sperm donor bank operations in Denmark and Sweden, and ensure we meet our financial and strategic goals.Role description:You are the leader for our Egg & Sperm Bank, which is one of our business areas within the Livio group. The Bank is currently organized in 2 smaller clinics, one in Stockholm and one in Copenhagen. In this role you will be responsible for the operations, production, quality and financial performance of the bank and lead the team.Qualifications:We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated person who holds a diploma and has completed an academic education in medical science or biology, including, for example, molecular biology, human medicine or biomedicine. Preferably a person with at least two years of practical experience in assisted reproduction technologies and/or with advanced academic training (Master’s or PhD).Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency and highest quality of our donor program. * Financial ManagementManage budget, financial planning, and performance analysis. Ensure the clinic meets its financial targets, improves cost-efficiency, and maintains a high level of service quality. * Team Leadership and HR Management:Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance. Lead recruitment efforts, ensure proper training, and oversee performance reviews to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. * Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge:Ensure the clinic adheres to all relevant healthcare regulations, quality standards, and legislation. Maintain a strong focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance across all operations. * Strong Communication Skills:Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ensure smooth communication across all departments to align efforts with strategic objectives.Key Requirements:
- Experience in clinic operations preferably in the field of a reproductive medicine and management, with the ability to drive cost-efficiency and meet financial targets.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development, HR management, and recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards, with a commitment to patient safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data and present clear, actionable insights.
- An understanding of sales and marketing dynamics within healthcare industry and in particular for gametes is seen as an advantage
- Fluent in English as well as Danish and/or Swedish is required
- An ability to travel at least 5 days per month
