External Engagement and Global (EEG)Global Advancement OfficeThis permanent, full time post is available immediately.This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.Summary of the roleWe are looking for a talented individual to join the Alumni and Supporter Engagement Team within the Global Advancement office, part of EEG.The Head of Individual Giving will lead on the development and management of an extensive individual giving programme, responsible for the Regular Giving, Leadership, and Legacy fundraising activities. You will take principal responsibility for the range of solicitation approaches made to alumni and friends via telephone, face to face, direct mail, crowdfunding and digital campaigns. The primary objective will be to build a culture of giving among alumni, staff and students of the University, plus non alumni and corporates, and encourage them to support the University’s philanthropic priorities, and act as a pipeline in the longer term for Major Gifts.You will ensure that membership of the University is a membership for life and that the University continues to create opportunities to engage with our global alumni community and to encourage their involvement in University life.We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals, who enjoys project management, marketing, communications, and working with stakeholders.
