Notre client Founded in 2011, Livelihoods Venture has been a trailblazer in linking environmental and social justice. With over a decade of expertise, we bring together coalitions to restore degraded ecosystems, build sustainable supply chains, and improve the livelihoods of millions in rural communities most affected by climate change. We manage three carbon funds and are on the verge of launching a fourth to support the zero-net commitments of our dedicated corporate investors. Since 2015, the Livelihoods Fund for Family Farming (L3F) has expanded our sustainable sourcing strategies across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
With a new CEO appointed in June 2024, we are entering an exciting phase of expansion. About the RoleAs the Head of Human Resources, you will be a key member of the management committee, shaping the future of our dynamic, multidisciplinary team of 50+ employees across France, LATAM, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Your role will be pivotal in driving talent acquisition, knowledge management, organizational design, and operational management.
It is a unique opportunity to join a purpose driven adventure and develop a large breadth of HR expertise as a functional leader.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and ManagementRecruitment Lifecycle: Design and lead recruitment across all regions, from Project Managers to senior positions.Business Partnering: Provide exceptional business partnering to operational teams, ensuring a memorable candidate experience.Employee Engagement: Build our employer brand and engage top talent, developing hiring plans and talent pipelines.Offer Management:** Manage the offer process, from verbal offers to contract preparationOnboarding: Oversee onboarding with the support of operational managers.2. Knowledge ManagementInformation Exchange: Facilitate information sharing on organizational diagnostics and plans.Training and Development: Coordinate training plans and continuous learning opportunities for our employees and our partner NGOsPerformance Metrics: Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate and enhance training and talent management programs.3. Organizational DesignTools and Methodologies: Identify and address gaps in talent management tools and methodologies.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management on organizational design strategies.Structure and Roles: Optimize organizational structures for efficiency and effectiveness.Change Implementation: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.4. Operational ManagementInitiatives and Execution: Develop and manage talent programs, anticipating future needs.Change Adoption: Advocate for change based on business drivers.Performance & Review: Plan and manage the company’s performance review process.HR Coordination: Oversee payroll and other HR suppliers.Candidate ProfileEducation:Higher education degree equivalent to MSc. Field of study not essential; experience is key.Experience6+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record.Experience in diverse cultural contexts is a significant advantage.Languages:Proficient in English (spoken and written).
