Head of HR | Multi Property Hospitality Group | Mediterranean | A‚¬110,000 Base + Bonus

I am recruiting a Head of HR to oversee one of the group’s major hospitality projects while supporting wider group transformation.

This role sits within a growing hospitality business that is moving towards a more structured corporate model. They require someone operational, hands on and comfortable building process and structure where it does not yet fully exist.

Your Experience

* Senior HR leadership experience within hotels or multi property hospitality groups
* Experience supporting new openings and large scale recruitment drives
* Comfortable working in smaller structures undergoing transition
* Full HR function experience including payroll, recruitment, training and compliance
* Experience leading HR teams
* Strong operational and commercially aware mindset
* Comfortable working closely with finance and operations teams

Your Responsibilities

* Oversee HR operations for a major hospitality project
* Support group wide HR structure and reporting development
* Implement SOPs and strengthen governance
* Drive recruitment and workforce planning for expansion
* Lead and develop the onsite HR team
* Support culture development and employer branding initiatives
