We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Head of Hospitality and Campus Catering to join us at York Commercial Limited, based at the University of York.You will lead the team with responsibility for development, service delivery and income generation for all Catering and Hospitality services. You will oversee the operation of all hospitality within YCL and provide strategic leadership, with exceeding customer expectations, managing compliance and financial focus forming key elements of the role.The role will require you to work closely with a range of stakeholders and drive standards across a large portfolio of outlets and event operations, actively promoting our facilities, maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism throughout. You should have strong administrative and organisational skills and experience of working in a busy, multi-site environment. Experience of leadership and management and knowledge of food hygiene and industry trends is also essential.Please see the attached job description for further information on the role.

• The salary is £46,238-£53,145 per annum, plus 10% performance related bonus.
• The hours are 37 per week. Flexibility and occasional evening and weekend work is required. Although the role is based at the University of York campus, the role holder may on occasion be able to work from home.
