Job Description Summary:

To strenghten our Onshore Execution Area we are currently looking for a Head of Growth Quality Assurance.

The successful candidate will create and implement quality management systems to ensure the projects are required by the relevant industry standards and in compliance with local requirements to ensure a full control on the supply of all components and services.

This role will actively support the project teams and will manage equipment supplier’s quality control elements.in all phases of the project life.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the adoption of the project’s Quality Management system for procurement and construction of onshore assets;
  • Assisting with and preparing Project Quality Plan standards for procurement and construction activities;
  • Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
  • Performing directly or through external companies, plants and site inspection test programs and specifications regarding quality in all the stages of onshore projects working closely with the technical and procurement departments;
  • Providing innovative solutions and digitalize the monitoring of the main quality KPI required to the onshore projects under development;
  • Managing suppliers to ensure the high quality and performance of the good and services provided, investigating, if necessary, any product modification Ensuring tests, policies and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
  • Manage all non conformities before and during the execution of the contracts
  • Review and support on the drafting of relevant part of the supply contracts

Key Requirements

  • 7-8 years previous experience in engineering and/or construction of renewable projects;
  • Knowledge on the renewable energies supply chain;
  • Experience with complex supply chain control;
  • Around 10 years Experience in quality assurance and quality control; knowledge of LEAN methodologies and process mapping;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent English language skills.
