Total EBITDA is around EUR 35m. Geveko develops, manufactures, and distributes road and horizontal markings in any size, material, color, or form that meet the requirements of our customers, surface owners, and end-users in the segments we serve.Your role
As our new Head of Group Finance, you will be a visible and important leader in our organization – responsible for providing relevant, timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision making processes across the organization.You will ensure compliance to all general accounting policies and company financial procedures. Monitoring the financial management and production of credible financial information provided by your team.Your key responsibilities can be described as follows:Leadership, management and development of Group Financial Controlling – including people in the local regions (not HR responsibility of these)Act as “Right hand” and deputy for the CFOFull responsibility for all accounting related areasEnsuring high quality of the financial reporting for the local regionsManaging the relationship with our outsourcing provider ECITCash Management – day to day and ensuring medium term forecastCoordinating Finance projectsManage and liaise with external auditorsIFRS accounting on Holding level including PPATax planning, Transfer pricing and documentationM&A – participate in financial due diligence, as well as subsequent financial integrationParticipate in roll out of D365 globally.You will report to Palle Nordahl, Group CFO. You should be prepared for some travel activity – estimated to 10-15 days a year.About you
We are looking for you who have a solid, hands-on financial background, combined with leadership, and management skills. Analytical, robust, good at decision making and streamlining financial processes.You see yourself as a visible leader with strong interpersonal skills and a good track record within financial business optimization making you able to unfold the potential of a team. You will operate across the organisation and should build business acumen through a natural curiosity and desire to grow.+5 years’ experience from positions as Head of Group Finance, Finance Manager, Accounting Manager or similarMaster of Accounting (Cand.merc.aud.) or HD(R) with a background from international operating companiesProven experience in managing end-to-end accounting, including IFRS, and financial reportingAbility to document and streamline financial processesExperience in financial consolidationKnowledge of tax planning and transfer pricingKnowledge of financial due diligence and post-acquisition integrationStrong user of IT and ERP-systemsFluent in a Scandinavian language and EnglishWorking at Geveko Markings
