Tasks🔎 What we’re looking for in general

🎯 ResponsibilitiesFinancial operations
- Manual payouts to customers
- Manual collection and marking of deposits
- Manual debt collection, reminders, etc.
- Stay in close contact with our fractional CFO
- Build FX strategy
- Ad hoc customer support
Analytics & excel modelling
- Help the founders stay on top of all important numbers with automated analytics
- Financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting with good visualisations
- Cooperate with founders on fundraising strategy, decks etc.
Credit & treasury management
- Establish and maintain our credit line
- Maintain our treasury with rigor and obsession over detail
- Stay on top of all relevant topics
Compliance
- Stay on top of all relevant topics
- Handle pending compliance requests
- Work hand in hand with our compliance expert
- Ad hoc customer support
RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience as an operator in a ScaleUp. Bonus points for:
- Exposure to FinTech (+++)
- Exposure to fundraising
- Exposure to international payments
- Exposure to credit and SMB lending
- Exposure to accounting
3+ years of experience in the following data modelling tools
- Python, SQL, Excel
- Bonus points for exposure to tools like Metabase, ETL-tools similar to Weld, etc.
- Bonus exposure to data pipelines
3+ years of relevant experience from top tier IB, management consulting or a high growth startup environmentRelevant, tier 1 Bachelor / Master program required.
