Establish and promote an outcome focused way of working, mentor and help grow your team, refining their skills by providing continuous feedback and guidance.Lead transformative initiatives to help PVcase become a fully data-driven organization by leveraging the existing awareness and potential.Identify opportunities to enhance our data ecosystem and leverage the impact of analytics engineering.Help spear-head our data product strategy by working closely with the product team and product leadership by identifying how we might leverage technologies in the future, like machine learning, NLP, digital twins and recommendation engines to build leading data products for enterprise organizations.You and your team will partner with Product Management, Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success and Finance to ensure that analytics and data is available to make key decisions.Implement and improve our mid- and long-term data and analytics strategy, balancing key internal and external business needs.A servant leadership mindset. At PVcase, we truly believe that success is achieved by empowering and enabling people to do their best work.2+ years’ leadership experience as well as a proven track record in building and growing a data team including Data Engineers and Data Analysts in a scaling and agile SaaS organization (ideally B2B).Deep understanding of data (and technologies), as well as a strong business and product sense with a passion for analytical rigor.Ability to synthesize analyses, and drive high-quality decisions within the product and business teams and a keen interest in enabling your team to do the same.A strong passion to continuously improve what being a data-driven organization means, and have the ability to think big and out of the box in terms of strategic & tactical challenges.Experience building, enforcing, and maintaining effective data management and sharing processes and policies.Previous experience working with AWS, Python, Tableau, and Mixpanel.Bonus: Previous experience working with Bitbucket and Airflow.Bonus: Experience (both hands-on and empowering your team) leveraging technologies like NLP, machine learning and digital twins.About UsPVcase and Anderson Optimization, united in our mission, are focused on building advanced solar design and site selection solutions while fighting climate change through software.
