ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Head of Corporate Learning, you will lead the Corporate Learning area within the H-uman Development division at H-FARM Business School, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of customized learning solutions for corporate clients. You will manage the full lifecycle of corporate learning projects, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring successful delivery and evaluation of the programs. This role is key to ensuring the creation of corporate relationships and client satisfaction through high-quality and innovative learning solutions that meet their strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities within existing corporate clients and pursuing new business to promote additional learning initiatives.

Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their learning and development needs, transforming these into clear and actionable objectives through skill gap analysis and needs assessments.

Design and tailor training programs, working closely with the Chief Learning Architect, Scientific Directors, and faculty to create engaging, innovative solutions aligned with client objectives.

Oversee the delivery of corporate learning programs, coordinating trainers and resources to ensure smooth execution, maintaining high standards of quality.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring constant communication, managing expectations, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage the budget and resources for the Corporate Learning division, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring financial sustainability for each project.

Evaluate program effectiveness by collecting participant feedback, analyzing results, and implementing improvements where necessary to ensure continuous improvement of the learning solutions.

Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes and client satisfaction for internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee administrative tasks, including contract management, supplier agreements, invoicing, and progress tracking for each client project.

Collaborate with other departments within the Business School to ensure consistency and synergy in delivering corporate learning solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
-
A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., management engineering or other engineering fields, business, economics, management) is required. MBA or PhD is considered a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within corporate learning or training, with proven expertise in managing customized learning solutions for corporate clients.

Strong client management skills, with a demonstrated ability to ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

Proven experience in business development, identifying new opportunities, and growing client relationships.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Fluency in both Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
