Head of Compliance

Location: UK / Hybrid

Salary: c.£145,000 (offer based on experience) + executive benefit package

By now you can already demonstrate your experience of driving efficiency and excellence in large compliance teams.

You are already a seasoned pro at leading transformational projects and implementing compliance frameworks.

You’re used to operating at a senior leadership level and you are naturally proactive.

But, can you boast being central to the energy transition?

National Grid is undoubtedly playing one of the most pivotal roles in decarbonising the UK but did you know we have a US division too?

This role will sit at group level, covering both the UK and US jurisdictions.

You will report directly into our General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Litigation Officer and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the global compliance function at National Grid.

You will have either a legal or finance background and will leverage data and digital technologies to enhance the compliance programme.

It would be ideal if you have experience of compliance both in the UK and the US, but it’s not a deal breaker.

The role will require travel but we can be flexible on where it’s based.
