Join Novonesis and make a significant impact on our global manufacturing footprint while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve our ambitious goals.Welcome to the Global CMO Management teamWe are responsible for overseeing the external manufacturing footprint and virtual plant management of Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). Our team consists of five experienced CMO Managers who collaborate closely with other regional heads and the CMO Portfolio & Process Manager. We embrace an open and collaborative approach, continuously seeking to improve and implement best practices. You will work from either our Lyngby or Avedøre locations, becoming part of a global leadership team that values curiosity and optimisation.In this role, you’ll make an impact when…… you manage a team of CMO Managers, handle internal and external stakeholders, and resolve issues with CMOs in the region. You will drive the selection, qualification, management, and operational oversight of all CMOs used within the region, ensuring performance optimisation and network adjustments to support business requirements. Your role will also involve rolling out and governing the CMO Management operating model, ensuring clear processes, roles, and responsibilities throughout the organisation, and developing and maintaining KPIs.In addition, some of your key tasks will include:

• Leading the team in delivering results and developing team capabilities.
• Ensuring efficient ways of working for CMO management.
• Acting as the regional point of contact for the business.
• Aligning and resolving issues across the operational region.
• Contributing to and executing the CMO strategy.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Global Operations, including local manufacturing sites, Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Technical Process Management. Collaboration will also extend beyond Global Operations to R&D, Commercial, Sales, and Finance, ensuring alignment with business requirements. This role also involves approximately 8-12 travel days per year.To succeed you must…… have a strong track record in managing supply chain operations within a regulated industry, combined with excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities, as well as effective communication skills to drive decisions.Additionally, we expect you to have the following background:

• Academic background at Master’s level within supply chain or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience within supply chain, preferably in a regulated industry.
• 3+ years of managerial experience of a senior team.
• Proficiency in English, which will be the main working language

As a manager, you should be authentic, proactive, open, and direct in your interactions. A background in continuous improvement and a proactive approach will be essential for success in this role.
