How you’ll help us.Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Director of Business Control, as part of the role, you’ll:

• Build a strong, engaged team.
• Drive commercial strategy and contribute to category and financial strategy, working with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and aligning with the company’s mid-term plan aspirations.
• Establish standardised and structured ways of working for key processes with stakeholders and review them periodically.
• Be responsible for developing robust Quarterly forecast and financial planning processes for all channels, incorporating key KPIs to be able to steer the business.
• Builds strong relationships with peers, commercial directors, and executive team where applicable.

More about you.

• Qualification in Finance, Business Administration or Accountancy or an MBA.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in accounting or controlling teams.
• Experience managing larger teams with Senior Business controllers or equivalent in an international setting.
• Experience in Sporting goods, Wholesale, or Retail environment is a plus.
• Experience in driving projects and improving processes, procedures, engagement.
