Head of Architecture and Security(Fulltime / Parttime, 32-38 uur per week)Ready for Action?We are looking for a Head of Architecture & Security. The Head of Architecture & Security is part of the Management Team of Technology and reports to the Director Technology. Are you ready to join our team?This is your daily action.The Head of Architecture & Security will be responsible for a clear technology vision, information security and in-depth technology innovation. He/she builds and manages a team of senior technology managers/senior professionals. Responsibilities include:

  • Technology Strategy
  • Enterprise Architecture including Domains Architecture
  • Information Security
  • Strategic Supplier Management
  • Innovation & Knowledge Management
  • Data management

Furthermore, The Head of Architecture & Security will work on risk management, compliance & regulation management.Meet your teamOur Technology department adds value with dedicated horizontal / functional teams for Business domains, a Development & Operations team to manage shared Technology services. Furthermore, supportive teams for Projects & Portfolio management. Over 700 people work daily in and for Technology, the larger part on change. Take Action!This is youAs a Head of Architecture & Security you are analytically strong and you have modern senior Tech Leadership skills. You are a Strategic executor, a connector, and have the ability to combine the development of innovation with operational excellence and realizing the mutual agreed deadlines. Also you are an excellent communicator, and capable of communicating in an open-end forthright manner with all relevant departments and able to convince based on facts and smart analysis. You have a positive mind set and demonstrates a high level of simplicity & pragmatism.Furthermore:

  • Relevant Master or University degree
  • 15+ years of experience in Technology management or similar roles
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative concepts or programs in a fast growing, pref retail and logistics, environment
  • Up to date knowledge of Technology Innovations, Information Security & Data management.
  • Experience with organizational design and implementation on a large scale
  • You know what great is in general & SAP in specific.
