The Position

In this role the main task will be to ensure House-in-Order for NN Spain (local and Group books) through solid and efficient processes and controls.

Among your responsibilities will be:

-Designing strategies and planning to ensure control of the company assets and financial obligations in accordance with House in Order objectives and functional accountabilities.
-Creating best support to ensure that Finance & Operations strategy is implemented efficiently.
-Providing a solid financial internal control environment through consistent use of ICQ controls and common Good Accounting Practices.
-Optimizing and simplifying use of corporate financial systems (financially as well as in terms of process optimisation) reducing the administrative burden on the LoB.
-Providing satisfactory level of compliance avoiding any findings in GIA, in tax and compliance audits, avoiding penalties and delays in reporting.
 

Qualifications

-University Degree in Business – focus on Accounting and Tax.
-Fluent in oral and written English.
-Minimum 8 years in a similar role or from a “big four” Accounting firm.
-Managerial experience.
-Expert knowledge of SAP.
-2-3 years of project management related experience is required.
-Strong functional and people skills, including an ability to build relationships and trust and to obtain commitment from both internal stakeholders across functions and external stakeholders.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to lead cross functional teams in designing and implementing project plans.
