Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Yeovil

The client I am working with is looking for a Head Chef to head one of their sites in Yeovil! If you’re an experienced Head chef within contract catering and looking for flexibility, this role is not to be missed!

Responsibilities:

* Crafting delicious, top-notch meals that bring joy to our clients and customers.
* Recognising chances to enhance our food service.
* Cultivating a positive kitchen atmosphere where your team feels valued and supported.
* Responsible for food ordering, stock control, and minimising food waste.
* Supervising kitchen cleanliness to uphold hygiene standards.
* Managing budgets and achieving financial goals.
* Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Skills:

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
