Head Chef – Events & Catering – London – Up to A£70,000 + Paid Overtime

We’re recruiting a Head Chef for one of London’s leading premium events and catering businesses. The CPU is based in East London.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a talented kitchen team delivering exceptional food across some of London’s most prestigious venues and events. From intimate private dining and premium hospitality to large-scale events for 1,000+ guests, this role offers genuine variety, creativity and the chance to make a real impact.

We’re looking for a food-led Head Chef who enjoys leading from the front, developing people and delivering consistently high standards in a fast-paced events environment.

The Offer

* A£60,000 to A£70,000 salary

The Role

* Lead the kitchen across production and live events.
* Drive food quality, consistency and presentation standards.
* Manage, mentor and develop the chef team.
* Support menu development and event planning.
* Ensure smooth delivery of high-profile events and services.
* Work closely with senior leadership on operational success.

About You

* Proven Head Chef experience within events, hospitality or contract catering.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
