If you’re passionate about gastronomy and leadership and wish to be a part of a dedicated team, we have the right position for you!Madklubben Catering is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef who can lead and contribute to our daily Canteen operation at our customer VML MAP (approx. 400 guests). In the role of Head Chef, you’ll be expected to take full responsibility for the canteen operation and elevate our lunch service to new heights with the full support of the kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind our kitchen operations.Your future tasks

• Ensure the lunch menu every day meets the highest standards of quality and consistency to ensure the guests at VML MAP will receive a unique lunch experience on a daily basis

• Manage staff costs and purchasing withing the agreed budget.

• Development of dishes, recipes, and adding recipes to the recipe system.
• Compliance with food and safety regulations and maintaining quality and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Daily floor management, including optimizing the schedule, approving shifts, and correct registration.

• Passion for food and gastronomy

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience of similar positions
