Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Faial Island, Portugal
Salary: A‚¬3,000 gross per month depending on experience + accommodation + relocation costs

This Fantastic hotel group is looking for a Head Chef with previous experience in Portuguese cuisine with excellent managerial skills and who would love to live in a peaceful and beautiful Portuguese island.

Who are you?

* Previous demonstrable experience in a similar position is a must
* Innovation is part of your escence
* You are ambitious, creative and hard-working
* You are fluent in Portuguese and English
* Are organized and always applies the HACCP rules
* Love peaceful environments
* Have pastry knowledge
* Knowledge of the Portuguese, Mediterranean or Vegan cuisine
* Excellent planning, organizational and team management skills

What will you do?

* Purchasing and organizing different events/locations
* Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes to fascinate guests
* Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety
* Execute and support meal preparation in the restaurant
* Oversee F&B venues: Restaurant, room service, bar, terrace and banqueting rooms
* Prepare classic French dishes with international influences
* Responsible for your own schedule
* Apply the HACCP rules at all times in the kitchen
