Our Careers programme is Matrix accredited and we are committed to achieving The Gatsby Benchmarks. You will be experienced in providing individual guidance and delivering high quality and relevant career-related enrichment events and activities to prepare students for their next steps. We are always looking for ways to improve the careers provision, ensuring it is relevant and student-focused. Developing student employability skills is a key aspect of the role and we have established a high-quality support programme for those seeking alternatives to university.About you:With appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in careers education. You will have to have completed a Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification (only those with a Level 6+ will be considered for interview). Knowledge and understanding of the 14-19 curriculum plus 19+ Access to HE students, T-levels and the ability to effectively communicate with and counsel students.
