The team youll be part of

You will be part of our Subsystem Organization. We are designing optical interface modules for DWDM transmission systems. For that you will be integrated in a multi skilled team of electrical, optical and software engineers developing miniaturized optical transmitter modules used in telecommunication systems.

What you will learn and contribute to

• Manage all data transfers to our data repository (PDM) for all HW design items during development as well as during volume production phase

• Participate for volume production on all Change Request Boards (CRB) for subsystem products to coordinate all modification requests inside our subsystem products

• Maintain Product Change Notifications (PCN) from our suppliers and second sourcing activities (CQMS)

• overall work as Product Engineer (PE) being the interface between R&D development teams, external volume production manufacturers and component suppliers

  Are you passionate about solving problems?As part of our team, you will:

• have full responsibility about our development results to be transferred into our volume production lines

• have full visibility about all products developed at Subsystem Nuremberg

  Your skills and experience

  You have:

• Degree in technical field

• Good technical know how and understanding of HW products

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and self-organized

  It would be nice if you also had:

• English fluently spoken and written

• German language skills or willingness to learn

• Strong interest in collaboration with international partners

• High personal flexibility to provide high quality results in challenging environment.
