This is a practical, mobile maintenance role for someone who enjoys fixing, repairing, and maintaining buildings to a high standard. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day maintenance, ensuring sites remain safe, functional, and well-presented.

About the Role

* Carry out general building repairs and day-to-day maintenance across retail sites.
* Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
* Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
* Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.
* Work closely with store teams and external contractors when required.
* Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure health & safety standards are followed.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance, or facilities role.
* Multi-skilled with experience across general building maintenance.
* Practical, reliable, and confident working independently.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
* A valid driving licence is essential.
