The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Inspired by the Bavarian lifestyle and with 398 guest rooms and suites and nearly 5000 sqm of public space, including a state-of-the-art conference center, customized and first-class event needs are put into practice. The upscale concept includes the Italian restaurant & Vineria Assoluto with open show kitchen, the Assoluto Caffe and the Westhub Lounge & Bar, offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. Our guests are also delighted by the spectacular roof terrace and MClub Lounge with panoramic views over the city, all the way to the Bavarian Alps. The hotel is located in the lively Westend, centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Munich’s Old Town and within walking distance of the famous Oktoberfest grounds.

Who we are looking for…

You are the telephone and digital hub for our guest inquiries when it comes to any services as well as hotel or city information. You inspire not only with your open ear for our guests, but also with your affinity to juggle multiple challenges. You are well connected in the hotel and in the city and know exactly who is the right contact person for each topic.

What are your responsibilities are…

• You take care of all guest requests – no matter if by phone or by mail.

• If you don’t have an idea at hand, you forward the request to the appropriate department

• Whether it’s arrival/departure checks, cash reports or the sending of invoices – you keep your colleagues from the front office free in administrative matters.

• You keep an eye on our guest profiles and are prepared for their wishes

• You work with our property management system OPERA

• You take room service orders

• You are responsible for the smooth stay of our guests – from the moment of arrival to departure and beyond.

What we want from you…

• You have already gained some experience in a comparable, guest-oriented position and are ideally familiar with the administrative processes of the front office.

• Our guests hear your smile through the telephone

• You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills

• You are organized and never lose track of guest requests

• You are familiar with Munich’s cultural and recreational offerings

• You work flexibly and enjoy the variety of individual tasks as well as the teamwork

• You are familiar with the safety aspects of our house

• You inspire your guests by your proactive way an unforgettable stay!

• You hold a work permit for EU/Germany
