Your Responsibilities

Our national and international guests from all over the world come to Vienna to experience our city, our culture, and our hotel.

A phone in your left hand, a key card in your right, and a guest standing in front of you. As a multitasking talent, you take on every challenge with ease, greeting each guest with a smile — because you are the HEART of our hotel. You are our Front Office Agent (m/f/d).

Thanks to you, our guests check into their rooms effortlessly. You recommend Vienna’s trendiest and most beautiful spots and serve as their first point of contact for any questions. You know the hotel like the back of your hand, and when it comes to dinner recommendations, you know our menu inside out.

Your Profile

Multitasking and stress resistance are your key strengths, but what else do you bring to the table?

• Initial experience at a hotel reception or in the leisure/retail sector
• Fluent German and English skills
• Excellent communication abilities

• Genuine enthusiasm for your work

What We Offer

Your monthly minimum gross salary (according to the collective agreement for full-time employees in the hotel and catering industry) is €2,263.00, with the guarantee of overpayment depending on qualifications.
