# What you’ll doProvide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with guests during events.Coordinate and manage temporary accommodation bookings for employees.Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate closely with the Projects team to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.Assist with on-site event logistics, including check-ins, check-outs, and any necessary accommodations adjustments.Utilize reservation management tools to maintain accurate records and update guest information.Continuously seek opportunities to improve the guest experience and offer innovative solutions.Be available for on-call emergency phone coverage during weekends and specific weekday evenings.# How we imagine youAs a professional, you have a 360-degree mindset, and you thrive on multitasking.
