There is also an infinity outdoor pool, a free panoramic gym and a SPA.Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel is the perfect wedding location with unique spaces such as the cloister, the private church and the panoramic terraces.Descrizione del lavoroThe Guest Relation Agent will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized experience to guests, ensuring a warm welcome, effective communication, and flawless assistance throughout their stay. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests in a luxury setting, anticipating their needs and resolving any issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.The key responsibilities for this position are:

• Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, local activities, and attractions.
• Listen to and anticipate guest needs, delivering tailored solutions promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, etc.) to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled.
• Handle complaints professionally, offering quick and effective resolutions.
• Ensure every guest receives personalized service, recognizing VIPs and repeat visitors.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
• Support the Front Office team during peak times as needed.

Qualifiche

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong guest-focused approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
