The Role

* Welcome and assist VIP guests throughout their journey.
* Deliver a personalised, luxury guest experience at every touchpoint.
* Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and lounge experiences.
* Support premium food & beverage service and maintain presentation standards.
* Handle guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

* Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, aviation, or premium customer service.
* Friendly, well-presented, and guest-focused with a passion for luxury service.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
* Fluent Bulgarian and English are essential; additional languages are an advantage.
