Job Description

Where and when could you start the internship with us? 

Starting from 28th October 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Facility team. 

Key Accountabilities 

• Facility Manager support during visits to industrial plants
• Back-office / mailing activities
• Drafting and updating As Built of Industrial Plants (dwg format)
• Drafting of spending budget
• Dedicated economic / management application update

What will you learn with us? 

• Knowledge of the departments and professional figures involved in facility activities
• Learning of the maintenance/general services activities of industrial buildings
• Learning of the deadlines in the mandatory maintenance checks
• Learning of the economic management of maintenance activities

What are the basics? 

• You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Architecture, Engineering, Surveyor or related fields.
• Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required.
• Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Excel and Autocad proficiency

How will the Recruitment process look like?

• If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)
• After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team in September 2024.
• The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
