Job Description

Where and when could you start the internship with us? 

Starting from 28th October 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Facility team. 

Key Accountabilities 

• The candidate will support the facility team in its daily activities. Specifically, the candidate will help the person in charge of maintenance and urgency requests alongside the entire company population.
• Morover the candidate will have to monitor the hires and leavers updating the files concerning the localisation inside the campus and accordingly update the related layouts.
• Moreover, it will have to give administrative support for the drafting of maintenance and service contracts.

What will you learn with us? 

• Building management: Learn to oversee daily operations and maintenance of corporate facilities.
• Space management: Gain skills in optimizing office space for efficiency and employee comfort.
• Report preparation: Develop the ability to collect data and create detailed reports for management.
• Supplier management: Gain experience in coordinating and monitoring suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and supplies.

What are the basics? 

• You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Architecture, Engineering, Surveyor or related fields.
• Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required.
• Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Excel and Autocad proficiency
• Good knowledge of Sap

• If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)
• After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team in September 2024.
• The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
