The GSS & MIBS Commercial Learning and Development Specialist EMEAC plays a key role in enabling a high performing GSS & MIBS Sales and Application Organisation cross EMEAC. The responsibility is to develop and implement the learning solutions of the GSS and MIBS Sales and Application Learning Journey, to develop standardized GSS and MIBS Customer Trainings in a box and to support New Product Introductions through defining the GSS and MIBS Sales and Application Launch Training plan.
Knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Radiology, Nursing, Biomedical engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in sales training or sales within the healthcare industry.
• Product Expertise: Deep understanding of Hologic’s products, services, and their applications in the medical field, particularly in women’s health and cancer diagnostics.
• Learning Methodologies: Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and various training delivery methods, including e-learning, mobile learning, virtual classrooms, and in-person workshops.
• Regulatory Environment: Awareness of the regulatory landscape in the healthcare industry, including FDA regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical considerations.
• Market Trends: Insight into healthcare trends, market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer needs

• Training Design & Delivery: Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to a diverse sales and/or applications team.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Facilitation: Skilled in leading training sessions, workshops, and seminars that promote interactive learning and retention.
• Learning: Embraces and encourages learning new skills, knowledge and behaviours
• Problem Solving: Systematic approach to problem solving.
• Analytical: Capable of assessing training needs, interpreting sales performance data, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions.

Travel requirements: Up to 30-40% travel time – fluctuating with business requirements
Language requirements: Written and conversational English skills are required. Other languages are highly valued.
