Sama is a fast-growing, purpose-driven company that is tackling the $9 trillion employee engagement challenge by democratising professional coaching. Sama’s B2B solution enables employers to provide all their employees with access to their very own professional coach via an app. This allows each individual to be more fulfilled and empowered in their career and for companies to be more productive, agile and retain their key talent.
We’re looking for a motivated, responsible individual who thinks like an owner and is excited to tackle new challenges to join the Sama Dream Team we are building.
We have a fantastic product, good retention and good user engagement. We’re looking for a growth marketer to bring leads and engage the users.
Your role:
Reporting to the CEO and Founder, this role will be responsible for marketing across our business – working in partnership with our sales team to ensure marketing has a significant impact on pipeline generation and actively contributes to revenue.
We don’t expect you to know it all, but we would like to find someone with the growth mindset, curiosity, tenacity and get-it-done attitude required in a startup, owning the following initiatives such as:
- Account based marketing (25%): partnering with sales to identify target accounts and ensure campaigns align with our focus.
- Sales enablement (15%): providing our sellers with the materials they need to be successful and close business.
- Email marketing (15%): effectively build marketing campaigns and nurture workflows.
- Content creation (25%): creating blogposts, reports, social media content and other materials that will drive pipeline generation. Take ownership of the website.
- Paid media / PPC (20%): owning our paid ad spend, creating assets with high-quality copywriting, analyzing results and optimizing campaigns.
Key skills and experience:
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly
- A knack for copywriting (please link any relevant examples in your application)
- An eye for brand and design (you don’t rely on designers to do this for you)
- Proficiency in leveraging AI for marketing
- Working knowledge of Hubspot for email marketing; social scheduling; workflows and reporting
- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platform
Need to have:
- Experience in the HR tech space
- Experience in B2B marketing
