With the support of experienced marketers and external specialists, you’ll play a key role in testing, analyzing, and optimizing new strategies across multiple channels.Thiga Academy is the #1 academy for Product Management and Product Design in France, training more than 2,000 people annually. As we expand our reach to Europe, this is an exciting time to join our team and contribute to a critical phase of growth.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Channel Development and Optimization: Manage and experiment with paid campaigns (SEA, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and explore new acquisition channels.

• Data Analysis and Funnel Optimization: Track the performance of campaigns, analyze website traffic, and refine the conversion funnel to maximize results.
• Automation and Workflow Creation: Build and improve automated workflows and email sequences to nurture leads, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Make, Zapier, and Phantombuster.
• Leveraging AI for Growth: Use AI tools to improve automation, enhance customer experiences, optimize acquisition channels, and create impactful content. Experiment with cutting-edge GenAI and predictive analytics to drive Thiga Academy’s reach.
• Collaboration and Experimentation: Work closely with the Marketing and Thiga Academy teams to design and execute experiments that contribute to our growth.

Skills you bring to the table * You have a tech-savvy, “tinkerer” mindset, while you’re not a developer, you’re comfortable working with a bit of code to make things work.

• You understand what an API is, have tested one or more GenAI tools, experimented with no-code platforms, and explored web performance tools (traffic analysis, SEO, etc.).
• Fluent English is mandatory. The job is open to non native French speakers.

Our Environment * Thiga Academy Team: A close-knit team of 5 people dedicated to training and thought leadership.

• Marketing Team: A larger group of 10 marketers who will support you in strategy and execution.
• External Specialists: You’ll collaborate with an ads agency and a HubSpot-focused agency, all while maintaining autonomy and control over tools and processes.
• Hybrid Work Culture: Teamwork is at the heart of what we do. We expect interns and apprentices to be at minimum 3 days in-office per week.
