We are looking for a Customs Growth Enablement Manager – Italy and Greece.

In this role you enable growth opportunities across the area for the customs product with your commercial, technical and market understanding. You enhance sales community with capabilities and knowledge including increased confidence to profitably grow with the customers working also on pricing definition. You will also identify business opportunities and supports vertical teams being ahead of market trends.

Key responsibilities:

• Working within the Maersk Customs product you generate business through interaction with the different parts of the Maersk commercial organization, enabling them to win additional business and also leading interactions with the top customers, existing and new, at a strategic level
• Define targeted accounts and develop opportunities for the product
• Maximize synergies & overall profitability on opportunities
• Strong ability to break down a product solution in a clear and simple way to both internal sales and customers
• Providing solutions to sales and customers in a rapid pace.
• Act as voice of the customers within product organization
• Define pricing set up and value proposition for the product

We’re looking for

• Customs and international trade knowledge
• Strong communication and commercial abilities
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Solution oriented mindset with strong customer relationship skills
• Financial & pricing understanding
• Understanding of customer industry needs & requirements for respective product
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Location: The position is placed in Italy.
