Are you an experienced EASA Nominated Postholder or Manager looking for new challenges in an ambitious and entrepreneurial environment?Skyways Technics A/S is a Danish MRO focused on the maintenance of regional aircrafts and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain Skyways Technics A/S’ position as the preferred maintenance provider.We are looking for our new Group Work Manager to join us as soon as possible and take an important role as responsible for our Workshop-related maintenance activities in our facilities in Sønderborg and Billund, Denmark. As well as Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Debrecen, Hungary.Your principal responsibilities:

• Lead the production of all shops under EASA legislation, products as well as staff.
• Develop and maintain product lines that make sense business-wise.
• Ensure that workshops are profitable and deliver a stable product
• Secure that all EASA requirements are always met.
• Consolidate high productivity and quality via the maintenance processes.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation.
• Part-66 Licensed Aircraft Technician.
• 5 years of experience with Part 145 from a similar environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently across the organization and with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general IT literacy.

·Ability to obtain permit to live and work in Denmark-Hungary-Malaysia·Ability to obtain Airport passes for the required local Airports
