Group Treasury AnalystAre you an aspiring finance professional eager to grow your career? Then we offer an opportunity to become Group Treasury Analyst with responsibility for daily treasury operations within cash management, intercompany financing and monthly reporting and controlling of cash and liquidity.As our new Group Treasury Analyst you will be part of our Group Treasury team, which compromises 5 people. Our team is based at the Group’s headquarters near Copenhagen and you will be part of the Financial Shared Service Center in Szczecin, Poland.We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team and help us ensure the financial risk management of Demant and effective treasury operations. This role is integral to our daily treasury operations, particularly in the areas of cash management, intercompany financing, and bank reporting and compliance.Working with us you will receive:

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Assist in daily treasury operations tasks
• Assist with monthly management reporting on various topics related to the Treasury area
• Support cash management and liquidity optimization. Manage multiple implementation projects and monthly controlling of cash reporting.
• Support with intercompany financing and quarterly interest calculations.
• Ensure compliance and accurate reporting to banks.
• Improve treasury processes and structure.

• A degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
• Excellent communication skills: You will be liaising with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Strong collaboration skills: We are a small team and rely heavily on each other to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint: These tools are essential for our calculations, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to efficiently structure and execute tasks: You will play a key role in improving our treasury operations.
• Project management skills as you will be driving many tasks by yourself.

Preferred but not required:

• Knowledge of Treasury: While this is preferred, it is not a requirement. We value a positive attitude and an interest in the Treasury area more. We are committed to assisting the right candidate in developing their basic treasury skills and knowledge.
