We believe that fermentation is one of the most promising answers to this challenge.Lesaffre – Working together to better nourish and protect the planet.Job DescriptionContext:Lesaffre IT is ITAB oriented (= IT is all About Business), managing an IT transformation program, to implement many IT solutions in parallel:– ERP = Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP S/4 HANA),– BI = Business Intelligence (SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Objects),– CRM = Customer Relationship Management (SAP C4C / SalesForce),– Supply Chain Demand Planning & Distribution Requirement Planning (Dynasys, SAP ePPDS),– EPM = Enterprise Performance Management (HFM = Oracle Hyperion Financial Management & Planning),– Office 365 tools and related applications, …To do so, our organization requires a strong coordination and relationship between stakeholders and project teams so we are looking for an Group IT Project & Portfolio Coordinator / Business Partner to strength the IT TEAM.Reporting to our CIO, your main missions will be:

  • Coordinate the IT projects portfolio by collecting project charters, challenging and updating business needs, in order to prepare “ready for scoping” and “ready for implementation” gateways (25%)
  • Implement and maintain an IT demand management tool and process to ensure IT resources are assigned according to business priorities (15%)
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive IT project/initiative status reports and presentations for key stakeholders, including the CEO, corporate leadership, IT committee, and business function directors (20%)
  • Coordinate IT budget planning, forecasting, and follow-up, including managing procurement and invoicing processes to ensure budget is on track (15%)
  • Manage IT communications, such as newsletters, seminars, and coordination meetings, to report on key elements and support adoption (10%)
  • Provide administrative support for the IT team, including document management, meeting coordination, and other operational tasks (15%)

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with a focus on IT and/or Project Management.
  • 5 years of business experience with a relevant experience in IT and/or Project Management/ PMO background.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, IT applications (ERP, BI, CRM, etc.), and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Mastering Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.).
  • Fluent in French & English.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in budget management and invoicing processes.
