Together, we are driving progress forward in a#OGJSDuration : 6 monthsROLE PURPOSEAs Group Lead investigator, you are recognized as a subject matter expert for incident management in the Company.You will be responsible for effectively maintaining processes, systems and tools and, contributing to your discipline’s broader goals, to enable the Company to meet its objectives to prevent harm to our people, our assets, the environment and Company reputation.As the focal point for your discipline, you provide support and advice to operations, projects and Group on specific discipline requirements, capture feedback and drive continuous improvement.You play a key role in the development and promotion of a strong leadership, positive behaviour and culture, across the organization.ROLE CONTRIBUTION– Leading major (Level 1) investigations and presenting findings at different fora;– Acting as the point of contact for all incident-related questions in the Company;– Overseeing incident reporting in incident management tool(s) and working on future tool implementation;– Ensuring management system, training and awareness documentation on incident management is up to date;– Acting as secretary for the Incident Management Committee, with focus on incident investigation status and the effective closeout of incident actions; and,– Acting as line manager for Incident Management team providing global support on incident reporting, classification and investigation, training in use of the Incident Management tool and investigation and incident data analysis.Job requirements– University Masters Degree in a relevant subject
– Minimum 10 years with an Offshore Contracting Company or EPCI Contractor
– Previous experience in conducting complex / major incident investigations,– Knowledge of incident investigations techniques and root cause methodologies (e.g. TapRoot, Kelvin Topset…)
– Ability to travel internationally including offshore
