Job Purpose:
- Responsible with FP&A Process manager on implementation of the Group new EPM tool
- In charge of the monthly management reports and slides
- Responsible for the Group Budget & 3 Forecast: testing, data control, consolidation and validation

Main Accountabilities:
- Lead role in the Group EPM replacement project: (duration 18 months /30-35% time)
- part of Group project team
- responsible for defining Group FP&A requirements and preparation of written specifications
- responsible for UAT at each stage of the project
- design, develop and maintain dashboards & reports
- train end-users & ongoing support
- regular contact with international project team & external consultants
- Assist in the production & control of the monthly Group Results Reports and ExCom presentations
- Responsible for the correct reporting structure for the monthly reporting: reporting organization, SRL set up
- Ensure correct set up for new acquisitions, divestments and mergers with local financial teams and ISM
- Take charge of the UAT, control, consolidation and validation of the Group Budget & quarterly forecasts
The job requires regular contact with the international finance leaders, the network, all Head Office Finance departments and the ISM department.—
Scope:
- The scope is Bureau Veritas Group wide figures.
- Contact with all Operating Groups.
30 000 Business Units,
550 legal entities, 140 countries.—
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Preparation, planning, organization and control are key requisites for the role given the large number of daily contacts, the amount of data treated and the tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary given the teamwork and co-ordination involved.
- Communication with the International Finance Network is very important so all written and oral communication must be done in English to a high standard.
- Tenacity and persistence when dealing with international Finance Leaders in the network.
- Working with spreadsheets and advanced excel skills (forecasting, modelling, financial analysis…)
- Previous BI experience or wide experience with Financial reporting tools e.g. BPC, Tableau, SAP

Key Challenges:
- The Group FP&A faces many challenges given the wide range of contacts from Group Finance leaders in the countries to operational managers to Head Office corporate services e.g. Human Resources.
- The person must be capable of handling/ analyzing a mountain of different types of data given numerous parameters including income, expenses, capex, headcount to follow monthly.
- Collaboration and communication are of the upmost importance to effectively deal with various contacts often with conflicting deadlines and given that at least 30% of time will be for the Group EPM project (18 months).
