That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential.​DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role​Within Exclusive Networks Group, the central FP&A team is responsible for timely and accurate reporting of all the affiliates, animating the various cycles (actuals and budget) as well as challenging the business rational in liaison with local Finance community. You will report directly to the Head of Global FP&A and will interact closely, among others, with the Consolidation team and local Financial Directors.​As an FP&A Analyst, you will be in particular in charge of:​

• Analyse the monthly reporting provided by several entities on a worldwide scope, ensuring all the data requested to conduct the Group reporting/analysis are provided on-time and are accurate for both P&L and Working Capital sides
• Provide adequate comments on variances of actuals vs. Last Year and Budget for P&L and B/S items (especially Working Capital indicators)
• Work on specific ad-hoc analysis at Group level
• Provide support to the entities within dedicated scope on various day-to-day subjects
• Participate to the evolution of the new reporting tool implemented (new reports to be created, support to be provided to the local Financial Directors…)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you​The ideal Group Financial Planning and Analyst:​

• Experience: At least 5 years in FP&A or Controlling roles.
• Education: Master’s degree in Finance from a top university or business school.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial indicators and accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Onestream is a plus).
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
• Personal Attributes: Collaborative team player with high energy, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in learning and adapting to new challenges.
