Whilst each of our colleges has its own unique environment, we are all united by a common purpose: to help individuals, communities, and society flourish through education by raising aspirations and reducing inequality to create a sustainable future.Our Group Director of Estates & Facilities will provide strategic and operational leadership to our estates service, guiding the departmental team in creating a safe, sustainable, and positive environment across our college campuses for students and staff, while ensuring the learner remains at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will identify and prioritize capital projects across the estate, seek and secure external funding opportunities, and project manage significant refurbishment or new build projects.With recent experience in a leadership role within estates and/or facilities management, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful strategic and project planning. You will possess comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations, building codes, and environmental regulations, along with experience in securing external funding for projects.We have appointed FE Associates to support us with this important appointment.
